It’s all about music addicts and friendship

Initially Mathias Musahl and Marcel Hilsamer started aside their studies in 2005 a record label called Red Route Records in Kaiserslautern and a record studio with the name Doc Brown’s steady studio. Mainly focusing on bands in Kaiserslautern they produces albums with local bands and were contributing to the local sub culture association Kulturkollektiv e.V.

As they finished their studies in 2009 they stopped running their business. Trying to fill the gap of not working with musicians any more Mathias joined the newly founded Band Lowknox in Münchweiler.

As Lowknox started to rise they couldn’t find any record label willing to produce their first album. It was unavoidable that Bromfiets records was founded in 2010 by Ruben Brachhold and Mathias Musahl to release their first album and support them in promotions and booking activities.
